What Growing Up Between Cultures Taught Me About Leadership (coming soon)
Most of my early education in leadership happened before I ever entered a professional context. It happened in the back seat of a car in Mexico City, working out how to make friends in a language I was still learning. It happened in Australia, navigating a school system where the rules — spoken and unspoken — were entirely different from anything I had known before. I did not realise it at the time, but I was learning the most important leadership skill there is: how to read a room you have never been in before. More to follow soon.
