By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Ninderry Catalyst LLC provides executive coaching, leadership training, and founder coaching services. All services are delivered by Amy Fischer or authorised associates. Service details, scope, and fees are agreed in writing prior to commencement of any engagement.

3. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a professional relationship focused on personal and professional development. It is distinct from therapy, counselling, mental health treatment, or medical advice. Ninderry Catalyst does not provide psychological treatment or diagnosis of any kind. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support for mental health concerns.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared within a coaching engagement is treated as strictly confidential. Ninderry Catalyst will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for coaching engagements are agreed in writing before work commences. Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Ninderry Catalyst reserves the right to suspend services where payment is overdue.

6. Cancellation Policy

Discovery calls cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. Coaching sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be charged at the full session rate. Exceptions may be made at Amy Fischer's discretion in cases of genuine emergency.

7. Refunds

Refund terms for coaching packages are outlined in individual service agreements. Discovery calls are provided free of charge and are non-refundable in the sense that no payment is taken.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and materials, is the intellectual property of Ninderry Catalyst LLC. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ninderry Catalyst LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or participation in coaching services. Results from coaching are not guaranteed and depend on the effort and commitment of the client.
